A gentle/medium paced class of exercise to music, aiming to move and stretch the whole body. Some floor work is usually included, but you may sit on a chair if you prefer and sometimes we all use chairs. To make the class more varied, some weeks we use stretchy bands or homemade “weights” for a small part of the session. The music is varied and the main purpose of the hour is to have fun and enjoy exercising. All ages and abilities are welcome.
Fees £20 per 10 week term paid direct to the Tutor
