Office Hours
Monday — Thursday	9.00 am — 12.15 pm
	1.15 pm — 3.30 pm
	6.45 pm — 8.38 pm
Friday	7.00 pm — 9.00 pm

Office enquiries can generally be dealt with at these times, subject to other appointments and meetings.  An enquiry book is available by the telephones for messages; a recorded message system is in use for incoming calls.  On some evenings a duty member will be in charge.

Building opening times

The buildings are open from 9.00 am on weekdays, and groups are asked to be clear of the building before 10 p.m.  Special arrangements may be made for weekend use.

Car Parking

Please park within the marked bays and respect the bays reserved for Disabled Badge holders.  If double parking, please leave a notice in your car (there are cards in each classroom) and be prepared to move!

There is limited on-road parking in the area, and alternative car parks within easy walking distance at:

• The Bowling Green:  Along Cross Street, turn right at end, then immediately left into car park.
• The swimming pool
• Birchwood Doctors' Surgery  (evenings only)

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the building.

Canteen

Canteen service is available in the Common Room during the morning and from 8.15-9.00 p.m.  Do-it-yourself facilities are available in the kitchen at other times.

Access

It is Settlement policy to encourage the widest possible involvement of the community in all its activities. There is a disabled ramp to the main building and level access to Kincaid Hall and Cruse/Spinks Rooms. A toilet is available in the Hall complex with 29 inch width access through internal door.  There is a toilet for the Disabled in the main building.  Parking: There are two bays reserved for Orange Badge holders and a sloped approach to the building from the Car Park.
