On Monday 22 September at 7pm, architect Yasmin Shariff will give an illustrated talk about the pioneering architect Mary Medd, née Crowley, who grew up in Letchworth in a prominent family and did much work for Hertfordshire County Council as well as for private clients.
This fascinating evening is presented by the Letchworth Garden City Society (LGCS) and will take place in the Brunt Room.
The talk will follow LGCS’s brief AGM. Admission is £4 for LGCS and LALG members, £5 for anyone else, cash only, at the door. No need to book.
