No, you do not need to be a Settlement Member to attend a workshop or event, but you do for courses.
No, but you will get an email confirmation for your booking.
No, you will not receive a reminder about the workshop before it starts unless any details change. All the details you need are in the confirmation email you received when you booked.
A minimum number of enrolments is required to make a workshop viable. If there is insufficient take up, we will contact you to let you know, usually a week before the workshop is due to take place. If possible we will offer you an alternative workshop but if this is not possible, or you do not want to take up the offer, we will arrange a refund.

It depends on when you cancel. You have the right to cancel a booking for a course, workshop or other event up to 14 days from the day the booking was made (unless the start date of the course, workshop or other event is within this period) without giving any reason. Otherwise, any cancellation is at the Manager’s discretion.
