Applied Arts

This Art Club focuses on experimentation with a wide range of materials and mixed media. The tutor will provide inspiring ideas and direction on technique. Each class begins with demonstrations, and you are then encouraged to develop ideas and allow your work to take on its own unique style. This course leads you to working on many different surfaces and allows you to explore what’s possible when you combine different and unconventional materials to produce incredible outcomes.
Please bring Overalls, Pencil, basics acrylic set, paper palette, palette knife, paper or canvas. Materials will be discussed in the first lesson, so don’t worry about having everything at the first session. Kits are something that you build over time. Every kit is unique to the artist.
