• 2 jars
• 2 saucers (or a mixing palette)
• kitchen towel
For the first class only, please pay £5 directly to the tutor for consumable materials (paint, ink, colours, paper). Brushes may be borrowed. Students without materials can pay at first lesson for paints, ink and paper for the course.

Name: Marion Dearlove
Bio: Marion Dearlove has a master’s degree in adult education, a City and Guilds adult teaching diploma, and has an undergraduate diploma in art and design. She started Chinese brush painting in 2001 and has studied with Chinese tutors in both the UK and in China. She began teaching Chinese Brush Painting in 2006 and has taught ad hoc classes throughout the UK. Marion is currently Secretary of the National Society for Chinese Brush Painting and Secretary and teacher of one of the regional divisions.
