This is a friendly stimulating class working on conversational skills by sharing interests and ideas on all sorts of topics. Working through texts videos and different activities to reinforce grammar, develop vocabulary and discover week after week a bit more about French culture.

Your Tutor

Name: Marine Boulter

Bio: Originally from France, Marine moved to England in 1998. Her two grown up children have flown the nest, and she now shares the family home with her partner and their beloved oversize dog, Bear.
Over the years although she has taught at primary school level in after-school clubs, she has mostly been involved since 2001 in adult education.
Marine started working at the Settlement in September 2017.
As well as teaching Marine enjoys organising different events around French language such as films, quizzes and culture clubs…
Marine loves being part of the Settlement, has been a Settlement’s committee’s trustees since November 2022 and looking towards the future, is delighted to be part of its development.
