A lively class for students who want to practice the language and improve their
fluency. This is achieved by making use of a variety of resources including magazines, newspapers, and a textbook. Student chosen themes are also encouraged to facilitate general conversational skills. Topics covered in class will be about Italian current affairs, traditions, history and culture together with some elements of grammar.

Your Tutor

Name: Ada Marini

Bio: Ada has been a passionate language tutor for over 20 years. She is Italian, from Rome, born in Abruzzo, and studied English and French languages, from the age of 11. Qualifications include the Cambridge English Proficiency, Language Teaching to Adults from Goldsmiths’ College, University of London, and a degree in Town Planning and Tourism from the University of Westminster. Ada has worked in a primary and secondary school in Queen’s Park, London, as Language Department officer, school governor, and committee advisor, whilst raising her two wonderful children. Ada loves travelling, music, reading, gardening, and much more.
