Tai Chi & Qigong: Swords & Fans

This two hour taster session of Tai Chi Sword (Jian) and Tai Chi Kung Fu Fan will give those students who have already gained experience of the Tai Chi Hand Forms a chance to extend their practice of Tai Chi principles in ways that will enhance and perhaps challenge their applications of the movements.
For safety reasons the session will be limited to a maximum of ten students and is not suitable for absolute beginners.
Practice swords and fans will be provided.

Bio: Steve Lyall taught Tai Chi and Qigong as leader of the Luton Tai Chi Club from 2007 to 2020. He belongs to The Tai Chi & Qigong Union for Great Britain (Advanced Instructor membership), The British Council for Chinese Martial Arts (Level 2 coaching) and The Longfei Taijiquan Association of Great Britain (Instructor).
